An educational strategist, advocate, and trusted advisor to families, she is known for helping people identify opportunities, navigate complex decisions, and pursue excellence with intention.

Her work is not about motivation alone. It is about helping people and organizations identify root challenges, recognize opportunities others often overlook, and build the systems, discipline, and culture required for lasting success.

Asaiki Simon is the founder of The Asaiki Effect™, a high-impact leadership speaking platform focused on results-oriented leadership development and performance. Named after her own identity — Asaiki, meaning noble birth — the platform is home to The Asaiki Effect™ Framework, a three-step system built on Intention, Excellence, and Legacy, grounded in faith and rooted in the belief that greatness isn’t random; it’s intentional.

A devoted wife of nearly 35 years, mother of four accomplished children, and grandmother of two, Asaiki's rise from underserved beginnings to raising high-performing children in competitive, elite spaces is both her testimony and her methodology. Today, her four children range from high-achieving teens and young adults to established professionals, with accomplishments and aspirations spanning STEM, engineering, professional acting, entrepreneurship, aviation, and law. Their journeys reinforce her belief that excellence is cultivated intentionally, not left to chance.
